those OLD SCHOOL warn hubs are SOLID animals . if you take them apart you will be blown away how much beef is in them over todays crap .

Plan is to freshen up a few items but keep it more or less original. I’ve got the heater plenum out now cleaning up after some mice.
general parts replacement like fan motor and cage, pedal covers, floor covering in the cab, windshield. Get it reliable (already seems to be after very little work)
I’d like to find a bed to put back on it, I’m going to hunt around and try to find the original.
If I swap in a disk brake 44 will these hubs work in it?
if you swap a early disk brake 44 with bolt on hub like yours yes .
my dads old 70 gmc 2500 4x4 had open knuckle but drum and these hubs . popped a lot of 44 shafts plowing snow and i got real use to playing with them at a early age .
i still have the front bumper and hood . i use the hood every day i go in/out my shop .
