HUGE problem with 2010 event shirts

She has been emailing me updates on the shirts missing from the list. The last update was Friday. Here's a copy of the message:

As well, your additional shirts arrived today and I just finished burning the screens once again for printing.

Do you think it would be worthwhile to ask for some tentative dates? Its past the point of ridiculous here... shouldn't we lay a little pressure on them?

I can ask for an ETA, but it would seem based on past experience I probably wouldn't get a truthful answer.

I really don't know what more we can do to pressure them. I know that both Jason and Erv have been calling. My wife has contacted them and I send regular emails. I typically get replies to my emails, but I question the accuracy of the responses I receive. I know that Jason has been all but banned from calling again if he wants his shirts. They also have to be vague on who's calling to even get through to Bridget.

I know I layed pressure on them, and if scott is still receiving email updates, and Friday was just a few working days ago, I say we are good and they are making it right..

ah, alright then. lets hope this all works out in the end.... :(

I didn't check all of the tracking numbers, but the first one at least hasn't been updated since the 4th and that simply says they received the information. I'm guessing the shirts and packages don't exist still. She just made some bogus labels to get Scott off her back.

That's my concern as well. It's hard to argue otherwise at this point when we are still without shirts. The postal carrier has been here and gone already today.

Why is there a UPS logo at the top of the label and then USPS all over the rest? Did they give us phony labels now too?

I will give magnum ink the benefit of the doubt on this one, usps never updates tracking until they are delivered.

It looks like she printed the USPS labels on UPS label paper. That's why they say "For UPS Shipping Only". Nothing phony, but I'm guessing UPS wouldn't approve of her using the labels they provide for USPS shipping.

On my shirt, the color is coming off. I didn't send mine in - didn't feel like it. What seems somewhat ironic is that the part with the Magnum Ink logo on the front appears to be most resistant to washing... :)

well, I know magnum ink is trying my patience again. I know she won't talk to me if I call her, so I expect she will still be reading this, and she better get on the ball and get the shirts printed.

I'm not sure they will actually bother with this. They just want this to go away, without them incurring any more expenses. What would they gain from making it right ?

And it won't go away until it is fixed. :deal:

magnum ink would gain the satisfaction of having a business that furnishes a product that was paid for.

When should the title of this post change? I think it's way beyond "Possible."
