Not quite. Those ARE the hubs, not just spacers bolted to the hubs, very much like a chevy... the bolts you are pointing out hold the rotor to the hub, not any spacer to the hub. Machining down the inside to fit over a rear hub wouldn't work too well as they are roughly the same size. Here is a pic of the inside end of a chevy hub (from pirate) to better explain what I'm trying to say.

EDIT: I might have missed the idea? Were you thinking of hub adapters from a 2wd?

John, Good tip. Thanks! I May have to try that, I was shocked at the cost of pvc inserts .
