Hummer wheel recentering

You bet!! I ran out of the larger stickers or i'd had have thrown some in for you.

Post up some pics when you have them ready to go. Would love to see some in color.

lar300mag,

You get them wheels mounted up?

Got a set of wheels ready for welding. Just need your Back space and we'll put them together.

Wheels are great! Haven't had a chance to mount them or even work on the truck, Ran outta money.

On pirate the vendor for his H1's have the pressed in centers and has said he would favor those over the flat 3/8 for Daily Driving. What is your suggestion on your wheels?

Ours are the strongest centers available bar none.

I do believe you on your strength of them. How about true center to drive them on the street but not Daily driven?
I guess there is a point in the inside of the rim that the pressed center hits a lip on a perfect 3.5 backspacing. How about the 3/8 center?

That's the downside with ours, to get them true, they really need to be fixtured, which we do here and are not comfortable selling the centers seperately for this reason alone.

The bad, you have to send your wheels here or buy a set from us. We'll do all the work which of course isn't necessarily the most affordable way to go.

The good, you get a tough ass set of wheels that are nice and true. Ready to run on the trails, street or whatever you may want to do with them.

Sorry for the total newb question but are these beadlocked? The rock ring is throwing me off. Please forgive me, I'm really new to the 4x4 scene but since I'm going with a Dana 60 front an 14BFF rear I'm looking for a really tough set of 8 bolts for my 86 K15. What's the rim size and do you think they'd go well with a 37x12.50x??

yes,the h1s are a double beadlocked wheel.they have a 16.5 wheel diameter.as far as tires go, they 8 bolt style was designed for bias-ply tires.not to many of those in a 37".not sure if kert does the 12 bolt style, which was for they radials.kert, does your shop do the 12 bolt style as well?

Can yall have them powdercoated as well?

We can help you with that but we don't do it in house.

We can recenter the 12 bolt wheels as well. I do have a couple odd ball 12 bolt wheels at the shop.

I don't know what the specific difference between the 8 bolt and 12 bolt wheels is other than the obvious but I know I've seen the 37" military radials on the 8 bolt wheels. I thought the difference was in the run flat itself rather than the wheel but not 100% on that.

Are we talking about bolt pattern or bead lock pattern? I was talking about bolt pattern. I'm on a 6 bolt now, going 8 after the D60/14BFF. Although good to know on the lock pattern. I'd hate to get the 8's and find out I can't run 37's.

Nostomofo and I were talking about the beadlock pattern but yeah, 8 lug is the standard for these wheels. We can do others but never have.

Yeah, I'd check into the beadlock bolt count/pattern and how it relates to the bias and radials and see if you can find out more definite information. I just don't see the difference. Unless its an air pressure thing and the radials requiring more air pressure or something like that and the 8 bolt wheels not being up to the task.....

You can run the radial tires on the 8 bolt rims like the ones picture, military just descanted the 8 bolt with the bias tires and radials with the 12 bolt beadlock(lock pattern).

Kert beat me to it.

You guys should buy some of these! All that welding helps heat the shop!:D

How much for a set?

buying our wheels, not including a rock ring, $165 per wheel. The rock rings depending on your customization requirements +/- $35 per wheel.

If you want to ship us your wheels, try to get them sand blasted first. That's a complication currently. This would knock a good chunk off the top.

We can also help you ship.
