I have a Hurst pistol grip shifter that I am installing. On the top of. it is a push button momentary switch that I want to switch out to a simple on/off switch. Does anyone know how to remove this switch? It looks like around the base of the button it should perhaps press out or unscrew perhaps? I tried some but it doesn't want to cooperate and I don't want to damage it. Anyone done this before and can help? Please and thank you!!
