yea, i went w/12'' b/c its same price as the 10'' and once my 44's wear out, since i finally found my d60f/14bff, i think i'm steppin up to 49's...plan on moving front axel forward 1 1/2'' with a zero rate, and level it w/longer shackles in back
12''s sounds like alot, but w/44's and that much lift, i've still crawled thru stuff up to the bodyline...almost to the doorhandles.....they don't call that lift swamprunner for nuttin :-)
i've been in the situation where your tire goes in a hole and lose all steering, so the crossover steer is a must...wish i could go hi-steer b/c while crawling around in that kind of muck, i've ran into logs hidden in the mud and bent my tierod before :-(
