Went out this mornin and found the lil air bubble you guys were talking about in the master. got it out now i can disengage the clutch. went for a test drive seems ok.

Great info here. Glad I didn't start this project a couple weeks back! I love reaping the benefits of your labor! 
wow when i searched i found the top was that it was a 50/50 pedal.. i had a 0/100 pedal so just skipped past this whole thread... guess i shall slow down more...
