Hey guys I have heard of poeple running two pumps or just one AGR pump, whats the best setup for this. I will be putting hydroboost and hydro assist on a early bronco soon and would much rather it work the first time then have to mess around with it alot.
So to everyone who has both what works best?

One pump will do fine.

I would stay away from AGR, lots of bad stuff about them here and at Pirate.

If you want to run that combo, have Vanco port the hydroboost unit. He has set up a few systems for guys at Pirate.

Readymix and I just put my ram on Friday. I have a stock HB unit a stock pump that I did the mods from WTO to and a 1.75" PSC ram with 8" stroke. Other than still getting some air and the pump grinding because of it I have not noticed any ill effects from running just one pump. I only have aboot 2 miles on it so far but braking and steering work fine at the same time with one pump. All though the ram is not as fast as stock steering I feel it is fast enough for street driving.

Are any of you running 4wdb with that combo? Curious as to know which hydroboost model (blue or gold accum.) and which app m.c. you used?
