Ok well O'Reilly lists 3 diffrent carburetors for my engine and there is about 100 dollars in price diffrence. What should I look for in these carburetors? One of them lists "closed loop" emissions. What does that mean?
I dont want to have to pay 100 dollars extra for a carb when I dont need to.
Well theres a story that goes with that. The fuel line cracked by the carb so I figured Id replace the broken section with a piece of rubber line. Anyways the fuel line was froze in the piece of the carb where filer goes and would not come out so I bought a replacment piece. Anyways when I put it in I made a booboo and crossthreaded the damn thing. I was in a rush as wasnt paying attention. It stripped the threads off the inside of the carb so I JB welded the damn thing in. So now I have to buy a new carb.
Dont ever do this. Its a 230 dollar f**k up!!!!!!!!!!
