I haven't completely given up on this yet

Eh, sometimes it takes that extra push. I hated driving mine until I figured out the fuel pressure issue, but I drove it so seldom I couldn't bring myself to spend a lot of time fixing it.

Nice to have a second vehicle to rely on though.

I got my injectors yesterday I guess. I never got a shipping email, so I didn't check the mail box. They are ford part # F5DE-B5A

I'm going to install them tomorrow and hopefully have a good report on this situation when the site is back up.

Although, I've been driving it since my wreck and it's only backfired once. I've only driven it about 25 miles all weekend though, 3ish miles at a time.

Just an update, I put the new injectors in Monday and this thing runs 100x better now. :D

Awesome! Glad to hear it.

Drove my truck this whole past week and weekend. So nice to have the power. Now time to take it down and put the new headers on it, re-route the O2 wiring, create the y-pipe, replace the door hinge pin on the passenger door, try to fix the tailgate window mechanism, wait..what were we talking about again? lol

Yea, there's still a bunch of other things to do to mine. At least it runs better and is drive able now, maybe that'll motivate me to do the other work it needs.

Yea, I'll be driving until around the 15th. I'd like to try to get its MPG, but for some reason I like to get on it so I can hear the exhaust.

Hard not to punch it getting moving isn't it? :)

Got most of my exhaust components in yesterday, turning the exhaust volume down will probably keep my foot off the throttle a bit.

Yea, I have dual flowmaster 50 series delta flows on it right now. Nice and deep, throaty, kinda loud when you get on it. Once cruising the loudness goes away and I don't notice an exhaust drone, I do have a tire hum though. It also gets a vibration around 60-65 and up, not a steering wheel vib, but a whole truck shake, it's not terrible though.

... After I get them in, and get an ALDL cable I'll post the data here and see what everyone ...

Hi. I would love to sit in with you while you work on the ECM portion of this (if you havent done so already). I have an ALDL (usb based) from Red River that you can use.
I don't have any use of it currently, since I can't find an existing load for my particular ECM (16154461/AWBP). Eventually I would like to program a load for it so I can see all the vitals ...

I haven't done anything with the tune yet. The truck has been running great, so I've been putting off getting the cable. Also, I've been really busy with school, hopefully I'll have time to stuff on my Christmas break.
The only thing I plan to do is download tunerpro RT so I can log the data while driving. Then I was going to send that data to someone like Team208Motorsports and let them work their magic with my prom chip.

Well, let me know when you plan on doing it - that is if you want company.
