I heard about a 1973-87 extracab truck today

that looks better than I thought it would, these cabs really dont work very well being extended with how high that ledge is behind the seat. Wouldnt really be room for people, just more junk.

Exactly. After I bought my '94 extended cab idk how I ever owned a single cab. That's all that's back there now is tools and junk :doah:

Oh and if you look at the red truck it almost looks as though the rear side glass is that of a newer model. Looks cleaner and flush and is able to pop out where that gray one there is stationary and sunk in a bit

Good eye... I didn't notice that. I'm sure these were probably built with parts that were readily available, not unlike a lot of conversion vans that are built by a 3rd party.

I only noticed cause that's what I was gonna do when I built one :D

Now if I could only find the picture of the guy that posted his that was stuck in the mud hole sitting sideways getting winched or pulled out.
