No, I've gotten people cussing at me asking why in the hell their computer doesn't work and come to find out it's not plugged in or they didn't press ON. Ya know, it's one thing to be having an "idiot" day, but to be an idiot and not realizing it and then call me and yell at me.....I don't take it very well

no I didn't see it... but I've got the side screen edition I watch pretty frequently...

my daughter was 3 when episode one came out, and I took her to it 4 times (I saw it 5 I didn't take her on opening day)... When we went the first time she kept yelling "I want Darth Maul"... everybody was laughing (she never had a chance to dislike it)

I have spent the last 3 years first doing general tech support, then e-mail and internet connectivity support, then finally Info Sec/account Administration. I can tell you, I have had to deal with every single one of these .. PEBCAK and id10t errors on every one of 'em.

My favorite: There's no such thing as a stupid question, only stupid people.
However, I do have to deal with #4 every day!

We have that book at work. My personal favorite is when the Tech tells the user to type ID ten T (ID10T) in the win.ini file so other tech's will know the problem before the user even says it.
But like Muddin... I deal with these problems all day long.
