only way you would do that is if you were about 7 teeth out on your cam to crank alignment and when you tightened your rockers you went to turn it over by hand again and guess what your valves hit the pistons and you cant turn it anymore.
no trust i wasent stupid enough to jump up and down on the breaker bar
but if your putting way to much force into turning the motor over by and and its not budging then you have a problem somewhere.
