Well since I am finding out what its like to be at home alone I need a project. I have a 79 K30 std cab long box. My plan has been to put a crew cab on it with either a cut down box or flat bed. I have looked before but how hard is just the cab swap? I plan on going propane only and will use a 80 gal tank. I am thinking simple flat bed till I have time to cut down the box.

hopefully you can work on it in a garage. just start doing the little things, the over the weeken things to get it going in that direction. suspension tires, finding a cab. just do it!

i am having a hard time motivating myself with a foot of snow on the ground and no garage or concrete! so i lurk on ck5 trying to motivate others!!

I hear that Im up in carbondale I just finished putting 63 springs in the back right before that storm hit.Getting ready to go snowboard at sunlight. And for motavation just keep picturing your finished project in your head and how bad ass it will be.

I just need to get going on it I guess. I have a cab and the truck is lifted and locked. Just need to get my butt outside. I have 2 trucks so its not that hard to have one down for a while. Only 12" of snow here and its a warm 17 today.

also look for similar rigs, there are a few here and on pirate.

I am thinking instead of freshening the camaro engine to just work on this
