i really need help with this one

i have a 90 k5 blazer and i want to swap a 2002 high pinion ford dana 60 in but the ford spring perches are off by 4.5 ....could i move the passenger side perch or would i have to move both ???? i know the pumkin is on the drivers side ....doin something different........and has any one else done this ?????

Think about it for a minute.If you only move one side what will happen?Your axle will be offset the 4.5".

your gunna have to move em both like brady said. its not that hard if you measure....
