Why would you say that though? The design mixes the air up for better fuel atomization but there is no use for that in MPI. I'd say those ports are intended for nitrous.

Yes they are intended for nitrous....But with the right angle a fuel injector would work fine too....
I am very intrigued with building my own set up and maybe saving some cash....

Yeah I was thinking the same thing after my first post, the angle of the cast in bosses is not condusive to a good fuel injector placement. It looks like it would be better for Nitrous.
However if you put the injectors in a different location it would work rather well. And the air gap just makes it so much better.

other systems can be adapted. I was thinking of converting my RPM manifold kind of like the Edelbrock MPFI set up.
