I posted on here earlier today about what to do with my Blazer. I have decided to keep it. So here's the question. I need to upgrade the rear axle. I would like to keep the stock lug pattern if possible. If not then oh well. I have 4.10 gears. What trucks do I need to look for to find a bolt in upgrade i would like to have one with 4.10 gears and a posi. Thank you guys for letting me tap into your expertise.

You can drop in a 14-bolt semi-floater. They're available in 5, 6 or 8 lug patterns, and most of them you'll find *should* be a bolt-in (someone correct me if I'm wrong here).

It's definitely a good upgrade over the 10-bolt, although not as strong as the 14-bolt FULL floater. But with the full-floater comes added weight and less ground clearance, so a lot of guys think this is a good compromise between strength and size.
