Idle problems

Update #2

I think I fixed it. I had a friend talk me into drilling a small hole in my T-stat to act as an air bleeder but i think as the weather got colder that hole allowed to much cold coolant from the radiator to get to the tep sensor. I could be wrong but 3 starts and 750 ide on all 3, it reved up to about a 1000 rpms then came back down. I did replace the tep sensor while i put in a new 195 t-stat. Thanks evryone who replied the info great!
