Somewhere, somebody has Pete's (yunit) diagram of his trimming he did on his K5. His was the best of all trim jobs I've seen on this site.
Just wondering , whats the cable lock for?
Anyway, did you end up cutting all the way up to the inners?
Now thats F`ed up !

Now thats F`ed up !
I think I`ll go with 38377k5`s cut and Badmix`s trim.
sorry I cant take undo credit. ALthough Id luv to even up the wheel wells front and back, I just cant bring myself to hack on my truck. While the cut jobs seem pretty good, I havent seen any that gives a "factory" look, most are square cuts, etc.Do you have any more straight on shots of your rear..um..Wheel wells?
And whats that around the edge? Its like I know what it is I just cant place my finger on it.... hummm![]()
I kinda hate to cut it,but thats section is pretty trashed.

That fender tubing / trim sure looks like a tube fender from the front of a Heep. Don't know for sure but looks that way. Since it has just a small amount of heep "blood" on it does that mean it is no longer a blazer but a Heep.![]()

Ok then, the trim that Badmix quoted. It was skigirl who showed it..And 38377K5`s trim job and see if I can get ahold of my cousin long enough to fix the top part.I think I`ll go with 38377k5`s cut and Badmix`s trim.
I see someone else is doing the taillight thing.

... Thanks for the great idea
. Any chance of a front pick?Think about it this way lots of good parts come from stuff other than GM.
examples
XJ steering shaft
Ford Shock Towers
Windstar Fans
and thats all i can think of![]()
And the front axles they make for Fords are a little stronger than ours.
