Ignition not hot what did I do

it'll turn over, but wont start..

replace that whole wire..

either put a fusable link one in or run regular wire and add a fuse inline up by the junction block for easier access...

It doesn't even try to turn over.

What he meant was that if you jump the starter solenoid from the (s) terminal to the battery terminal it will crank (assuming you have a good battery still).

I can't seem to find a fix, I'm going to get my Dad out there and hopefully it gets fixed. I really appreciate all the help guys, wish I could have accomplished this on my own.

dude, you know the prob.. no power to the junction block.. heck, you can do a quickie test of this, by just taking a 6', 7' wire and temporarily hooking it from the pos side of the battery and hook it to the post on the junction block..

Hmmmmm, I may have to try that and see if that will work.

Yesterday I was just real frusterated, seems like I do something good, then it ends up causing more problems.

leave the key on and get underneath and use a long screw driver and touch the to ends of the startign motor

I tried to do that, but I cant seem to find enough room to do it.

Also, does it matter where i hook that wire up on the junction block? I assume it does.

Jumping the starter wont do any good, as you don't have power to the coil, it'll crank but wont start.. pretty useless...

btw, just for the record, the best way to do that is with a remote start switch, basically a momentary switch with 2 leads with aligator clips...

and nope it wont matter which post its hooked to on the junction block.. they're both hot posts, well, supposed to be..
