Hi all,

Santa just informed me that I might be getting my dream truck for Christmas since I've been a "good girl" all year ;-) If that's the case, then on Christmas Eve there will be a '74 Blazer in my driveway! YAY!

A cowoker directed me to this site so I thought I'd start meeting people in the Blazer world.

HI!

~Denise

Did you say 74' B-B-BLazer for Christmas, WOW.

That has got to be the best present you could give someone. Welcome aboard. Sacramento huh, I'll be back in Tahoe this summer.

Welcome to the site. However, you have said 'F*rd' in every post I've seen so far....stop that. :wink1:

hahahaa I'm sorry, I'll try to be good and watch my potty mouth! :rotfl:

Welcome to this very addictive site and good luck with the K5. I spend to much time here and not enough working on my K5. :doah:Hmmmm, should go work on those shift rails.

Welcome to the best www site there is. :D

Don't worry about the ford bashing, I drive a 94 Ford Ranger for my DD... my wife drives a 91 Explorer for her DD. For real use I have chevys though... 75 3/4t truck for a tow rig... 85 K5 for a wheelin rig. Nothing wrong with fords... I get well over 20mpg with my Ranger... and I hauled a D60/ff14b (1000 lbs or so...) several hundred miles in the back of it with no probs. Good parts getter and DD.

Anyway, congrats on getting such a cool x-mas present. You'll have to post pics when you get 'er in the driveway. My wife bought me the '75 for my Christmas present... nuttin like getting an old chevy for the holidays. :xmas:

Thanks all for the warm welcome! I hope the fact that I drive a Ford as a daily driver doesn't steer you away from offering advice :wink1:
