- yeah - I threw the bumper up there just for mock-up. That frame is body-less at the moment.

Cool. I still don't understand the finer points on when to use Grade 5 versus Grade 8, so I usually shoot for the Grade 8.

Actually - now that I think about it - those are 5/8" bolts - Grade 5 fails around 27000 lbs (per attached graph) Grade 8 fails around 34K. X3 bolts per hook. - I'm thinking they will never see that amount of load - but that's what size holes are in the frame - so overkill baby!

I wanted to go under the bumper to but opted for maximum approach angle when I did mine.

Hey Ben, i just picked up a new line of lasers that can cut well over an inch thick and they are full 5 axis. If you talk your boss into buying one from me I'll let you make me some cool parts.
