Inner bed wall removal

Welcome to the CK5! :waytogo:

Any welcome to the 1st Gen Forum.... arguably the most dedicated group of K5 owners on the site. :waytogo: :waytogo:

We've got a special set of problems most K5 owners don't have to deal with....our trucks are now more than 40 years old, the parts are harder to find and more expensive, and there's more rust hiding in these trucks than later model ones. :yikes:

It's no surprise that the build threads you'll find in this forum are long-winded multi-year projects. Getting these trucks back to factory-fresh condition takes a huge commitment. If you see a thread that hasn't been updated in a while [cough, cough...Might As Well thread...cough] it's usually because of work, family or other issues. If you're patient, and keep watching you can be sure that those "good build threads" will eventually percolate back to the top of the list with fresh progress and pics.

:deal:

Thanks for the reply Greg. I'm not only new to this list I generally don't post at all. I'm typically a "lurker". So many of the body threads I have looked at so far are just the things I have to do to my Blazer. I've had this truck for 25 years and finally the rust has gotten to be to much the old beast deseves better from me and now she'll get it. Building a hoist in the garage now to get the top off so I can see the extent of the rust on the rails.
