Mine are made out 1/4" plywood.

Aluminum Diamond

Aluminum Diamond plate is what i am about to use for these side panels. I think the industrial look will work well in the back and not cause any issues. I will post some pics of the install after. i plan on using some rubber stoppers or carpet squares so that it will not squeak or grind against the mounting brackets. Does anyone have any other creative ideas?

I did mine out of diamond plate. Was quite the process to print them out and then get them cut. But they turned out great.

Here is a link for those of you that are having a hard time. I just placed an order with the local steel place. I did not make any changes to these templates, I did however make them into DXF files for the local metal shop. They CNC plasma cut and it should turn out nice.

@Holey76 there's 2 sets of files, one pdf and one dxf. if you're going to have them cut by somebody with a cnc they'll more than likely need the dxf. The PDF files you can take down to a print shop and have them printed full size
