Intrest on 100% cnc machined truck, K5 fender badge emblems

Is there a want for finished cnc machined emblems for our rigs? I know you can get re-pops, but is there intrest in a more custom design or??? They can be raw aluminum but brushed finish, or nickle plated and polished, we can get as plain or interesting as we want. What say you CK5 neighborhood?
 
Sounds cool Rob, Kert has made me some on his plasma table, that are pretty cool.
CNC would be a sweet piece as well.
 
I'm going for a more three dementional look as well. Somewhat raised if you will, like a factory style emblem.

I know when I get to that point on my K5, I want a stock looking badge but with an accurate Cummins "C" in front of the K , for Cummins K5 :D

How about with the "C" dommed top to bottom, like that style? Thats the one I like. Have a picture?

I'm not necessarily in the market but I would like to see an example. Depending on how it looks I may change my mind. :whistle:

The only reason I asked for examples is I'm not sure what all CNC is capable of with respect to emblems. Get to cutting and post some pics!! :pimp:

I'm going to need you to help me with a "K6" fender badge..... Just a bit more than the usual. Kind of like an amp that goes to "11"!!! :waytogo:

I've always wanted a polished stainless or aluminum CK/5 logo for my fenders, much like the logo at the top of the page. I don't know if you'd have to get permission from the Boss or give him a cut, but I'd be down for that.

ANYTHING IS possible with cnc machining. Just have to use small to tine endmills. For 3D profiling, small to tiny ball endmills. You can cut flat surfaces with a ball endmill. But their forte' is contour milling.

Have to get the machine first :D. It's going to happen though. Stay patient, I have a good feeling about the products I'll offer. As it is, I'm getting intrest in all I've posted up about. My list of parts I want to make is HUUUGE! We just do now want to get into over promising right off the bat and not be able to keep up with demand. It's not a BIG production machine we're starting with, but something we can afford and will do the job. If down the road it works out where we can get an industrial space and hopefully get a few more machines, that will be awesome. I can only dream, and try and make those dreams come true.
 
Doesn't seem like I'll be able to do much truck stuff for a while, but I'd love to see what you come up with.
 
My wife tried to find someone to do a JumpingJimmy logo of some kind. Machined. Maybe you will be the guy to do it.
 
I dont want a Emblem (yet) but I sure would take another one of those race drivers you use to make :)
