Intrest on 100% cnc machined truck, K5 fender badge emblems

Replacement knobs for Spicer locking hubs? :pimp:

Knobs are on the list, but honestly I prefer doing those on a cnc lathe spicifically because turning finishes are far better then a milled finish. we don't have space for a cnc lathe but the plan is to grow, and the next maching we get will be a cnc lathe. Then that opens up a whole nother realm of machining capability we'll be able to do.

Ive thought about getting some custom badges made for the towrig. Something along the lines of

Almost anything is doable. That would be fairly easy to do. The only issue with emblem badging is if the lettering gets too small, it takes ALOT of machine time due to the tiny tiny endmills that have to mill the small lettering. ALL endmills leave a corner fillet radius. A round endmill can't cut a square corner, so to get it as small as possible, or within reasonable run times we have to make it "close to square" as we can affordably do it.
