The only way to get the TH400 in a Blazer from the factory was in an M1009 CUCV (Military Blazer). Post pics.

Thanks for the reply Martin. I am trying to figure out how to post some pics. It's not a diesel so that confirms the suspicion of a replaced transmission. Any tips on posting pics? When I tried, it prompts me to enter the URL of the pic... I don't have a URL for them, they are on my HD, not online.
Oh, ok. Thanks for the tip, m3dragon.

anyone can post pics... just host em on photobucket and paste the link into the little pic icon in the reply box....

Ah got you. Well I was hoping to invite some members here for offroad runs but I can't start a thread for the events. I am doing a trail run and poker game near sparks on July 18th? So to post that I need to be a member to start the thread in offroad?
Thinking about the conversation I had with Martin ( 82355 ), would all you veteran chevy guys agree that the following diagram of transmission pan shapes is correct and a decent way to identify a transmission? If so, then I have the thm400. If not, perhaps I should investigate further.
