Is $350 a good price for a working used warn 8274?

I have an oppertunity to purchase a used 8274 in working condition for $350. This is a good price, no?

I found a couple on various places on the net for $350-600 the last few weeks, so i would say $350 is prob pretty good if it is in good working condition

I paid $300 for my 8274 in working condition and was happy with the price.
It did come with a spare housing ,no motor or selinoids.
Just last night my bud showed up with a working 8274 he found at a garage sale.

He paid $20.00 for it with no controller.

I say jump on it. Those 8274's are great. good price too. I paid $300 for mine and it had been sitting on the front of a old Chevy out in the weather for years and years. Had to rewire the recepticle for the controller but other than that everything worked great.

I sold mine for $400 with synthetic rope. Pick it up quick! One of the best winches out there.......I want mine back.
