is 87' 2wd 3/4t 454 sub worth $1000

could get a 87' 2wd sub for 1000 bucks posibly less from a 82 yr old lady, her husband of 60 years() passed away and she wants to just get rid of it. it runs good ac blows cold. dont know if it will pass smog here in cali. low option sub, no rear ac no 3rd row seat no over head console. has th400 trans 14ff, dont know the gears. motor has 150000and is pretty oily. has some minor body damage at 2nd door pass side and body behind it has rust around rear side windows. interior is pretty clean. should i try to low ball her then turn it around and try and get 2000/2500 for it or not waste my time. sorry dont have pics.

yeah, take advantage of an old lady . if you think you can sell it for $2000 and can get it for $1000, then go for it. But don't offer her $500.

i didnt mean it like take advantage of her. offer her say 800. thats fair. if she wanted more for it then she sould or would ask more for it. she even said she wasnt trying to make a fortune on it she just needs to get rid of it. i thinks its maybe only worth the 1000 shes selling it for anyways. some one else might pay 2000 for it, but i shere as heck would'nt.

yes tbi 454, its probably tired but it doesent smoke when fired and it runs good.
