I am in the process of tracking down a vibration. When the front driveline is gone so is the vibration. Now before I go to all the trouble of replacing three u-joints, which seem fine. I have a question about the driveline itself. When I went to put the driveline in it wouldn't uncompress unless I really pulled on it. I then greased the crud out of it and my vibration wasn't so bad. However it shortly returned. Then when I went to take it off. It didn't want to compress. Could the actual driveline be bad. Can I take it to a driveline shop and have them check it out. How much will a new driveline cost??

Thanks alot.
