He's full of shiznit- and other problem is i installed it so i have to pull it and bring it in
I understand your point on this one. He said it(torque verter) drains in to the pan-thats why it has to be checked while it is warm and running. I am an idiot when it comes to the auto-tranny, never had to deal with one

. so im going off what he said.
As a ballpark figure: The converter holds about 8 quarts, and the pan holds about 4 quarts. Fluid level checked with the engine off and cold vs. warm and running generally does not vary too much.....maybe a quart's worth at most.
