Is this 350 still good

1 of the 2on the passenger side gets a heater hose the other can be plugged.
Your choice.
The driver side is the temp sending unit optional placement. Factory is driver side head 1 3 cylinder.
The hole with the bolt in it is 1/8th in pipe thread and gets oil sender or gauge line. I don't see any other ports on rear of intake. Edit the middle rear might be vacuum port for trans or hvac

If your radiator doesn't have a heater outlet on passenger side you will put one hose water pump.

Does this look right? I don’t have the AC compressor yet, so should I still put the alternator above the PS pump until I can afford to do AC?

that is the short water pump belt configuration, Which brackets do you have now. post the water pump part number and the balancer number. you can't mix and match. Also the right OEM A/c brackets for ram horns are hard to find, after market is different. Consider the a/c kit you are going to use whether right or left side mounting

@Wes Harden
Pics of all the brackets I have. Keep in mind this is an early 90’s or later crate engine not the 350 it originally had in 1969..
Water pump is long version as needed. Bolt holes to mount brackets.

I’m probably going to run the “old air” system and not vintage air.

Pic as requested.

yes the brackets I recognize look like left alt and right A/c. These brackets on earlier sbc came with short water pump and matching balancer. I unsure if the bracket you have are for short or long water pump. The 69 C10 is kinda of odd with ram horns, by this time the 350 in cars had log manifolds and left hand alts. My advise put as much as can together and check the pulley alignments,
and go from there.

edit I can't recall any 350 w/o the bolt holes in the heads.

Ok... once I’m ready to mount the pulleys I’ll just have to play with what works from what I have, and order accordingly if needed. My blazer has thas alternator on the passenger side with a long water pump. I’ve seen AC’s on either side as well.

Also, if headers will work better I have no issue going that route.

When you say left you mean passenger or?

Ok..
Now which of these pullys go where?
Two pictures of each one
And what bolt sizes?

Headers will require extra brackets to keep components in original locations.

It wouldn't be hard to convert to mid 70's brackets if you go with headers. Only concern I have atm is power steering pump to frame clearance. I don't know if there would be an issue or not.

the cast iron pulley goes on top of the thinner stamped one then bolted to balancer

Man, I have been image searching Chevy 350 v belt diagram. I wish I hadn’t done that.. so comfusing

Why do I need so many grooves? This will give me 4 grooves. Don’t I only 2 or 3?
@Wes Harden

Can’t I just order a 3 groove crank pulley and ditch the above 4 groove

yeah it will probably line up 1/2 grove off

Plus iirc the 4th pulley is needed to line up. on e of the middle will be empty
