That is my thoughts also. I would need to get a 14 bolt plus the TH400/ NP205 setup. So in the end it may be cheaper to but a 1 ton parts rig then just the dana60.
btw - Is there any K5 meetups down your way? It seams like there are several of us in the puget sound area on this board.

Sound like fun. My K5 is not at the point where I can take it wheeling. It is not even legal to drive it yet. Can people come and watch? Is it easy to park and walk in? It would be great to meet some people and check out some of the rigs.
