Depends how butchered it is. current tags clean? Oh and remember it's carbed, will it pass smog?
Unfortunately, we folks here in California have to consider these things.

Looks like a good deal, but as mentioned I would consider smog issues (does it atleast have all the equipment that will allow it to pass). It is carbed so a possible carb rebuild may be in order to get it to burn clean. Does it have a 454 or 350? If you really want a cc then go for it and worry about the issues later, looks pretty striaght and clean.
