Is the reason everyone wants the flat top is for crossover steering? This one is off a 74 GM that is still set up for full time (no locking hubs), what is it worth?

That would be the flat top knuckle

Its all depending on gears and what not, but I just saw your post, and the $150 for it is a good price.....I paid $200 for mine with same setup as that one.

Someone here PM'd me a while back about the axles I had listed in the for sale section--they asked if they were flat tops,and said a picture was in their post--I didn't see a picture,or a link to click on--I looked at the ones I have,the 71 K10 suburban one with 3.73's is like that,and so is the 73 K10 one with 3.08's too,going by the picture in this post...the 8 lug one in my 74 K20 is not,I think it came from an 86 K20 with 4.10's--its pretty rusted...sorry I didn't get back to whoever PM'd me earlier!!
