Just curious, have you driven it yet?
If it hasn't been driven all winter, and the battery died/was weak for awhile... A rough idle is totally normal until the computer relearns the fuel curve. It will usually take 15-20 minutes of driving after a couple cold starts to get rid of it.
Check that TPS and make sure it is baselined correctly (Mine has to be set at .54 volts closed throttle or it acts funny). Make sure you operate it with the voltmeter hooked up to see if you get a SMOOTH sweep as it goes to full throttle, and to make sure the voltage at full throttle is correct.
Check fuel pressure also, symptoms like this you might be getting low pressure. Pump might be on it's way out, clogged filter, or a bad FPR.
It could be a cheap/bad O2 sensor or slight leak upstream of it also, I've seen this quite a bit.
Saying "its new its not broke" wont narrow anything down... lol. I've seen PLENTY of new stuff go bad quickly... Actually, a lot more than the old OEM stuff to tell you the truth! Good luck!
