I’d be down like two flat tires! I’m your no money having small project guy but I’d love to be filler if you’re ever near my neck of the woods. Maybe by the time you’re up and going I’ll have my 383 done? :saweet:

Do you have a title in mind yet?

Cool idea. Sounds like i need to find another truck, otherwise I wont have much to show for myself.

It's nothing new to anyone that keeps up with my views, but for those that don't know, I'm in retirement mode. I work for AT&T and if they ever offer me a VSP, Voluntary Severance Package, I'm gone. I mean completely done. Once I hit my 20th year and met their 75 point system, I have a pension. I'm going to take the lump sum, plus my 401k, and run. The door won't even have enough time to hit me in the butt as I leave.

It's not if that happens, but when it happens. And when it happens, I want to do my own show. As in TV program. I would like to travel and visit each and every one of you that want to be involved. I want to do a one on one interview and show everybody, that is interested, what you have done with your rig from start to where you are with it now. I want to show TV land what it is that keeps us interested in CK5 and the 4x4 world . The addiction, the adrenaline rush, what ever you want to call it.

Not one story is the same. And I know there are a lot of CK5'ers that have left the forum and never returned, for what ever reason. But for those that are still here, how many would like to be on my show? How many would like to tell their story of what they started with, and where you are now?

I mean, look at @Deuling , for example. Remember when he said he would never cut up his rig? Are you kidding me? He has done some awesome things to his rig and now has his own shop and business. I love to read everything he as done since he joined CK5. What a wonderful person. And that goes for everyone here. Including @rdn2blazer. He has to be the toughest person I have had the pleasure of knowing. I have never met you in person, Rob, but I feel like I've known you for ever. You continue to kick cancers butt, regardless how many surgeries you've had. You are truly an inspiration to us all. I have watched and read about the changes in your lives. You are all awesome in one way or another.

I want to show everyone all the vendors that get involved, if they are in for this. And I will make sure that everyone is on board before I put it in writing.

So what do you think? Are you in? Can you handle being on camera and telling your story?

It is still in the early stages, but it is something that I am slowly working on.

It's a good idea. Be sure to capture the variety of shop environments. Some mighty good rigs are built on gravel driveways with basic hand tools. But they're easy for folks to miss, since the stories aren't as flashy as when someone waves a checkbook at a professional establishment. Or as fast. ;)
