A guy nearby is selling a 95' wrangler for cheap. It has a bad 4 cyl eng. What is involved in swapping to the 4.0L? I assume it needs a new PCM. Will the five speed trans bolt up to it?

Put a 350 in it. Thats what the jeep guys would tell you anyway 
it is pretty involved swap. the trans won't hold up, it will crap out behind the 4 banger. i am about to build one (93) with a chevy 4.3 v6 and 700r4 with a teralow 4:1 case and dual waggy dana 44's with 5.38's in the axles.
that sounds cool, I was considering putting the 1ton gear I have for my blazer, under my Jeepster. Or better yet, putting the Jeepster body on the blazer chassis with the 1 ton gear under it.
