Being from MN, with the mud that you have available, and the amount of snow that can come around in the winter, I would suggest two sets of tires.
Pick what you want for trail tires, and get a reasonable AT type tire for the DD duties and snow. This way both will last longer, and you will get better performance in each situation. Tough to find a tire that does everything good while giving a useful DD life....
