Just a little something Kert cooked up for me...

Can't see the pic from my work computer and my PC is toast. Can someone do something to attach the pic to view it from this POS I'm on? Thanks fellas.

holy must weigh 5 billion lbs batman!

superstout

I think kert said something like 80lbs but its not really "heavier" than his b52s and a bumper center its just all tied in together. It is however going to be hard to install with the M12000 in there.

Mostly assembled it was 72 lbs. There was still some steel and welding wire that needed to go into it though.

I like the design! I think for my application if i wanted one i would have kert go back to the past the steering to the crossmember and fab it with some sweet motor mounts. Good thing for me im not going that route.... well maybe after im done with the rear frame and axles maybe ill look to change stuff up front. for the time being i just wana get my one tons under and have fun!

Nope, seemed kinda pointless to maintain an approach angle and then have an adjustable mount that would push the whole works forward.

Same 4 mounting positions for the spring eye as the b52 but the the frame holes are as factory.

I was referring to the 56" springs and how that prototype will move to make the 56s fit. Thanks for clearing that up, Kert. :D

I made a couple calls on powder coat today cause it looks so d*mn nice. ahahaha. But eventually I'll come back down to earth here and just spray bomb it. stinger and tube are in the future but not too quick cause I'm still playing with the idea of pulling the inner fenders out and tapering the front. decisions, decisions. Funniest thing is I dont even have it yet hahahahaha.

thats only 72 lbs??? looks like almost 100lbs or more of steel there. Maybe the pics just make it look large.
