Hey guys,

This one is informational, with a chuckle at the end. So I wanted to remove the scratched up professionally done window tint from the front side windows, and googled as such. Third thing down was an Instructables post that said to use a clothes steamer and it would peel right off, glue and all.

Sure enough, one person steaming and the other pulling, that stuff came right off with ultra minimal adhesive left behind. Freaking like magic.

So, being a nice afternoon and all, and a cold brew in hand, kept the steam show running as it was working slick on loosening up all the schmutz in the door panels, etc. This is a new vehicle to me, and the power locks never worked, but were waaay low on the priority list, if they were on there at all...

Anyhow, I'm steaming/wiping around the switches, and thunk, there go the power locks. Startled the crap outta me. They somewhat quit working again once they dried out, but a couple spritzes of carb cleaner followed with some WD, and they are still working like a champ.

Thats all I got for now. Off to fill the rear diff.
