Just pulled a tranny and t-case in the AZ heat...

To get started you can shack in a 1-2 bedroom apartment in Gilbert for 550.00 and up, Costco and Sam club pay 8.00-10.00 starting pay, even Wal-Mart and in & out start at 8 bucks.

Do it man, I love it hear, the AZ guys are really nice too, wheeling year around "summer wheeling is at night though"

Just come down here with some savings, I could hook you up with a drivable k5 or k10 for a grand or so, a beater but is a 4x4 at least.

Start boxing up your stuff, and get a ck5 member to help you get it in storage until you make the move /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif

You could even have a junk yard of non rusty trucks you could just stare at all day /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

do it dude /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Do it dude . You will learn to stay inside where theres a/c during bankers hours though /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif I love it here , my dd has no rust and working a/c . I am one of the crazy ones though , I will wheel when its hot out , and stand in the lake all day in August trying to catch a damn fish . Come on out !! Now if there was just a way to send the wannabes and the concrete people back east where they came from and bring only the wheelers out here /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

today was 106, its not that bad since humidity is usually tame compared to other places /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I don't really mind now , I am used to it . I remember the day it was 122 out , about 13 years ago . I was in front of a yogurt shop ( they had a COLD water fountain outside ) doing slappy grinds on curbs with my skateboard /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

woah! I don;t think I could live in that weather... it was 34* out today (94 for you americans /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif) and thats above normal for us here! it was hooot! /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif

lol, if you drink water it aint bad, I was out in the sun taking trucks apart today, not horrable, just makes me think how great it will be in a while /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Its absolutely amazing how fast you get used to the heat here. I moved from Toronto (canada) last november, and I'm dealing just fine with the heat. I can be outside for 4-5 hours at a time working on my truck, as long as I'm generally in the shade. Direct sunlight is still kickin me a good one though, my face feels like its going to explode into instant sunburn everytime I'm out in the open for more than 5 minutes =)

LOL, one day I'll take a trip down there and stay for a few weeks, see if I can get used to it /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif
