What a POS. He DESERVES a beating period

. I've been ripped of by an actual motorcycle shop. Bought riding pants, ordered them as they were not easy to find in stock. They took my money and closed within the week to ten days they said it would take to get shipped. I managed to get a stop payment going in time. I was ripped off by a guy who I worked for too. Side cash under the table doing finish cabinet installation in office and bussiness buildings. And new home construction. He would call me and say I have a job, you want to work? I'd be on it. He was trying to get his bussiness going and was doing good but going through a divorce at the same time.
This is many years ago when I was in my eary twenties, but I worked down in San Diego one weekend with another guy and it was hot. We worked about two 12 hour days Sat & Sun to get cabinets in to as many homes in this track as he and I could in the hours we wanted to work. We could work all the hours we wanted. The other guy was lead so he dictater the 12 hours......pussy, I would have worked way more hours and got a hell of a lot more done and paid too

. Lol, Anyway, He stiffed me for that entire weekend of work. Thank god I didn't work more hours

.
I called and left messages. I went to his house, Pounded on his door, when I KNEW he was home. I even caught him trying to hide in the house, but he would not answer. I knew I'd get the cops called on me if I made too much a sceen at his door from neighbors. I went back with a buddy who was and is a crazy dude. Pounded the door again, he finally answers. gave some sob story about some crap and said he would have my money in 3 days. That day came and went and I went back three more times to his house, left near death threats. Nothing. I had to move on. Life changed and it's now been decades. Life will go on. But I am sorry and sure as hell know how you feel brother. For damn sure.
Or how about the time when I was 8 to 10 years old and two older teen to twenty year olds pulled up in a car, a now in my memory about a 70' chevelle, Red, and asked where Skate Board World was? It was a new skate board park built back in the 70's at the time. I skated there so I told them where it was. The driver complimented my bright Yellow Z-FLEX skateboard. Asked if he could see it. I picked it up and held it up side down, so he could see the Tracker trucks and wheels & bearing and stickers of course.
I had the top of the deck on the palm of my right hand and the rear truck in my left hand with a good grip on the truck itself. The nose of the board was resting on the sill of his car. Both the driver and passenger were complimenting me on my board. Next thing I know I'm being pulled into the car FAST! The passenger had reached over with a fully streatched out arm past the driver and grabbed the front truck and YANKED as hard as he could to rip it out of my hands. IT DIDN'T WORK.
I had a hella grip on that truck and he yanked me right into the driver car window up to my waist. I remember having to kick my legs to get backed out the window. But as the passenger yanked me in, the driver hammered the throttle and burnt out a little and started to take off. I pushed myself free as the driver was trying to drive with me across his lap and arms pretty much. I hit the asphalt street and tumbled and got scraped up but was otherwise ok. If a car had been coming the other way as I tumbled out onto the street I could have been killed. I cried of course and ran to my apartment and told my mom what happened.
We called the cops and filed a report and my mom and I drove the neighborhood for an hour looking for the car. Never found it or them. I healed up, got a new better board eventually and life moved on. How traumatic is that for a kid to have to go through. Probably one of the many reasons I do not trust most humans. They can AND WILL hurt you.
I believe this is one of those times you're going to have to accept ya got took brother. Move on, karma will get that pos.
