Yep I gots one too. Love my little dimebag. 4.3/5-speed 2wd. And it's a Stepside too! Meaning I can barely fit a standard size pallet between the bedsides. I want to dump mine 2" too. I got the blocks but need some spindles. I do like the 23-24 mpg though.
That's partly why I haven't done it yet. Need to get further along on the Blazer before I dump money into the Dime.
I’ll agree, spend good money on the parts. My truck has had the suspension redone 3 times. This last setup has been the best I’ve had with a static drop. Next route is going to be airbags.
Had my lube guy at work change the oil and he showed me my water pump was leaking and the front pads were really close to the squeal tabs. So today after work it got a NEW water pump, not the rebuilt crap I bought last time and pad slapped it. Next time it's gonna need rotors, but this will get it through the winter. I could have done it at home, but two of my techs let me use what ever I need and can do it on a lift. Much easier. I fubared the threads on the fan clutch so I had to get a new one so I didn't chew up the threads on the new pump. Fun Fun.
