Since I've owned my damn Blazer, the rear window motor has fought me everytime I use it. And I mean EVERYTIME. I now just keep the tailgate service plate off so I can access the motor and cable. Apparently the brain-trust I bought my Blazer from removed the factory motor bracket (conclusion I've made as I compare it to a picture of the missing factory bracket). I'm assuming this missing bracket contributes to my motor not rolling up and down the window, but I can't help but think something else is the problem. I've replaced the motor, the drive cable, greased the gear assembly, and even shook my fist and yelled at the damn thing. None of which has worked. It's still slow going up/down, and sometimes quits working (makes clicking sounds). I greatly appreciate any words of wisdom you guys can pass along. I'm attaching a picture of the motor and bracket (my bracket is missing and the motor is bolted to the inside of the tail gate.

Mine runs nice and smooth. Pulled it all apart. Cleaned everything. Lubed all moving parts. Added 10 gauge wire to relays. Then had the switches run the relays.
