Pic whore!!

When I owned it back in high school:

Then I sold it for a reliable econo car while I went on deployment. Didnt think the wife could take care of her since she was drinkin about a quart of oil every 100 miles. This is when I bought it back from my uncle. I hadnt seen it when I bought it. Just assumed he had taken care of it:

Had some body work done, got 4" lift, new tires and wheels and had the motor built (build 1):

Next was motor build #2, which involves Edelbrock heads, cam, intake, headers, chip, timing chain, and another K&N and a fresh coat of dark orange metallic paint:

Then I bolted all the chrome back on and put the soft top on.

I have since done bedliner and POR-15 in the rear, bought a 6 lug 14sf, ordered some bumpers like Storm Troopers, and will soon be ordering 6 inch springs for the front and a shackle flip for the rear, rock sliders, putting a Detroit in the 14sf, rebuilding the tranny, and redoing the floorpans and buying some new seats. I have to get it all done within a month.....

first pic is when I got it back in nov 03'
2nd pic is when I installed the 4" lift and 36's about 6 months later
3rd pic is from the summer of 05' in hollister, ca with a 14ff that's spooled, disked and shaved, cut fenders and rock slidders.
4th and 5th pic is from the summer of 06' in holliser, ca thats sitting on 1tons and 38's and long list of mods... who know's what's its going to be like next summer, but by judging by my progression it's only going to get better...

Here's my 89 at badlands Nov 2005 four weeks after I bought it. All I did was add 35"s and trimed the front fenders

Here it is April 2006. It now has 4" lift, ORD swaybar disconnects, cut the bottom of the quarters and cut the ends of the bumper off. Also note the passanger side rocker that fell off:haha:

This summer, tore off the old body because it was rusted to the point of no return.

Here is how it looks now. It now has a 80's pickup-cab and rollcage.

This winter it will be getting 1-tons, 5.13s detroit/welded. 52's/63's, flatbed, halfdoors, winch, maybe an SYE or doubler. Wow thats a lot to do, I better get to work.

Heres my before and after. I have my roof rack with light bar on it now though.. Now all I need to do is my cross over steering, 6lug 14b, cut fenders..... You guys are terrible. I used to like it the way it was!!!! :haha:
