Have you scanned for codes yet?
This is what I was going to say.

You could have a clogged catalytic converter or blocked exhaust. Your fuel injectors may be shot, or your fuel pressure regulator may be shot. Search on my username for TBI and you'll see a lot of troubleshooting steps I've posted for other TBI owners.

But first, CHECK THE CODES. :)

ya its saying its lean and my fuel pressure was low so i put a new fuel pump in it and fuel filter now my fuel pressure is good it helped but diddent fix it i need to take the battery cables off and check the codes again

Did that fix it?

If not, did you check the fuel pressure? Your fuel pump does not regulate the pressure, the fuel pressure regulator does. If you have problem still, check the FPR.
