Okay, I need some help. I know this has been asked before, but this is all new to me. I just picked up a SRW 1-ton to swap the rears to my K5. What is going to be involved ?

When you say "rears" I assume you mean front and rear axles ... front will bolt in, but will need driveshaft twaks; rear will need driveshaft and perch changes.
If its a true 1 ton you will need to flip the shock mounts, move the spring perches, rig up an e-brake, get a conversion u-joint for the rear. You also might have to shorten your drive shaft becaue the center section is a little longer.
