Kickass Hydro Bender Setup

My buddy and I reworked my bender setup to be electric over hydro. It's pretty much the best thing since sliced bread. I think the complete 180 I bent in the vid took me less than a minute and a half.

After doing a few bends manually, got to thinking a hydraulic would be the shiznits

Well...here's a diagram that'll replace about 4 paragraphs of explanation.

Pump is a 1 hp baldor motor coupled to a 5 gpm at free flow pump with a 1 gallon reservoir welded to it. That's honestly all there is to it, I'll get more pics tomorrow.

Pump was $250 shipped from e-bay, hoses and fitting IIRC were around $100 total, ram was $100, work done to ram was $60. The cart that the bender sits on was free.

Sooo....roughly $500 without the bender.
