I know I've brought this up before in regards to the soft top. And a kill switch was recommended, which leads me to ask what kill switch would work enough for a carbed mechanical fuel pump truck?

)Yep. Needs to be drivable to steel.I have 2 on my Blazer and I still have an urge to install a tracking device. I don't have any top for mine so it kills me that I don't have a way to lock it up.

I know that has battery backup, but will it function if the battery is disconnected for extended periods of time? Truck sits in same spot for weeks at a time, so i have battery disconnected to reduce draws, etc. when its going to sit. Until it gets into a garage and access to a battery tender, battery will be disconnected regularly. This is the one I have.

what i need are the ones in movies/tv shows that just attaches to the underside of the body/frame and has its own independent power source. Though I guess a savy thief/chop shop would find it and remove it during chop process. Hopefully it would be recovered by then.
